Software Engineer – Android

Overview
Join our Mobile development team working on smartphones, tablets and wearable devices. This is a hands-on developer position. Your primary focus will be development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, high quality code and passion for technology is essential. The successful candidate has a strong technical ability, loves writing and debugging code, good communication skills, and likes working on consumer products.

Responsibilities
Design and build applications for the Android platform using Kotlin, Java and RxJava – this is a hands-on developer position.
Implement new features, fix bugs, and improve performance of our applications.
Work closely with development and QA teams to design and implement UI and backend functionality to improve usability.
Gradually take on more responsibility and have a bigger impact – take on more challenging tasks, mentor others, lead a module, manage a team.
Stay up-to-date with technical trends. Be a part of our learning culture by giving Tech Talks.
Qualifications
BE or equivalent.
1+ years building Java/Kotlin applications in a mobile, desktop or server environment.
Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced development environment.
Strong programming skills (Java, Kotlin, C/C++ or Objective C).
A positive attitude, and a team player.
Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks is a plus.
Prior development experience with Linux or mobile platforms is a plus.

Software Engineer – iOS

Overview
Join our Mobile development team working on iOS applications. This is a hands-on developer position. Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. The successful candidate has a strong technical ability, loves writing and debugging code, good communication skills, and likes working on consumer products.

Design and build applications for the iOS platform using Swift, Rx Swift, and Objective-C – this is a hands-on developer position.
Implement new features, fix bugs, and improve performance of our applications.
Work closely with development and QA teams to design and implement UI and backend functionality to improve usability.
Qualifications
BE or equivalent.
1+ years building Objective C, Swift and Cocoa Touch applications in a mobile, or Mac environment.
Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced development environment.
Strong programming skills (Objective C, Swift, C/C++ or Java).
A positive attitude, and a team player.
Knowledge of the iOS ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks is a plus.
Prior experience publishing an app on the App Store is a big plus.
Prior development experience with Linux or mobile platforms is a plus.

Software Engineer

Overview
This is a hands-on developer position for candidates who want to switch to mobile app development. The successful candidate has a strong technical ability, loves writing and debugging code, and good communication skill.

Responsibilities
Design and build applications, implement new features, fix bugs, and improve performance of our applications.
Work closely with development and QA teams to design and implement UI and backend functionality to improve usability.
Qualifications
BE or equivalent
Strong programming skills in any object oriented language (Java, Swift, Objective-C, C#, C/C++) in desktop, server, or mobile environments.
Experience with mobile development and familiarity with Android Studio, XCode is a plus, but not required.
Experience shipping prior applications is a big plus.

Web Developer
Job-Id: Web-2019
Overview
Join our Web development team working on consumer facing front-ends. This is a hands-on developer position. Your primary focus will be development of the Web application which includes UI visuals and the functional elements, bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation. The successful candidate has a strong technical ability, loves writing and debugging Web front-end code, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities
Design and build web applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks like React.js + Redux, Backbone.js – this is a hands-on developer position
Implement new features, fix bugs, and improve performance of our applications.
Work closely with development and QA teams to design and implement UI and front-end functionality to improve usability.
Qualifications
BE or equivalent
Development experience in Web front-end technologies –HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks like React.js + Redux, Backbone.js, Vue.js, Angular.js.
Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Hands-on experience with MERN stack, Node.js, AWS, e-Commerce engines is a plus.

HR Recruiter
Job-Id: HR-2019
Overview
Help us expand our development team as we ramp up to the next level. This will initially be a full-time Recruiter position, but after 1 year you will have the opportunity to expand your role into other HR functions. The successful candidate has experience hiring and growing teams, good oral and written communication skills, able to work independently.

Responsibilities
Source and recruit top software development talent for the company from job portals, recruitment fairs, etc.
Pitch the company and follow-up with potential candidates, increase brand visibility in colleges and social media, organize recruitment drives, etc.
Be a part of the "culture team" to foster an awesome work environment for the team.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree (degree in HR is a plus)
Minimum 1 year experience with hands-on recruiting with a proven track record
Good oral and written communication skills
Organized and enthusiastic - must have a positive attitude
Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals is a must
Familiarity posting to Social Media is a plus
